We look forward to your booking! Please note, however, that all bookings are binding and subject to availability.

Your reservation will only be confirmed by email after receipt of a deposit or according to the agreed payment terms.

Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the rental, and the deposit will be fully refunded. However, if you need to cancel within this period, you can either reschedule your vacation to another possible date, find someone to travel for you.
Payments

Payment is made according to the agreed payment terms, so you can sit back and relax.

Please note that all prices are in local currency and are subject to change.

Additional fees may apply for additional services or damages, of which we will, of course, inform you in advance.
Check-in/Check-out

We welcome you from 4:00 PM! Please let us know your arrival time by 10:00 AM on your day of arrival so we can prepare everything for you.

Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. so that the next guests can also start their stay on time.

We're flexible and always strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible. If you would like a later check-out, please let us know in advance. Please note that additional charges may apply.

Natural disasters and force majeure

Please note that the operators are not liable for any loss or damage caused by natural disasters, terrorism, or other unforeseeable events.

In the event of evacuations or business interruptions due to force majeure, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or compensation.
